GUJCET 2018

GUJCET 2018 will be led by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) for admissions to Engineering and Pharmacy programs offered by different institutes in the state of Gujarat. The GUJCET exam was scrapped a couple of years back, however, is making a rebound in 2017.

GUJCET 2018 will be a passage for admissions to all Government, Grantin aid and self-financed institutes in Gujarat under Government quantity seats and Management amount.  GUJCET 2018 exam dates have not yet been released. The GUJCET exam was led on 10th May 2017 last year.
As indicated by most recent reports, around 3,300 applicants scored negative marking in the GUJCET 2017. The explanation for such huge numbers of students scoring negative marks was the presentation of negative marking plan this in the year 2017. Around 1,32,391 applicants showed up for GUJCET 2017. Out of these, 66,473 candidates took the exam in A group (PCM) while 65,542 showed up in the group B group (PCB). The rest decided on both groups, A and B (PCM and PCB).
GUJCET 2018 Eligibility Criteria
According to the eligibility criteria for GUJCET 2018, the candidates should have passed their 10th and 12th from a recognized school having Higher Secondary Science Stream (10 + 2 Pattern) situated in the State of Gujarat. 
Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination from Science Stream conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar or Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi or Council for the Indian School Certificate, are also eligible for GUJCET 2018 exam.
Candidates who are going to appear in the 12th standard or equivalent exam are also eligible to appear for the GUJCET 2018 exam.
GUJCET 2018 Application Form
·         The candidates willing to get admissions through GUJCET 2018, can fill the online on the official website.
·         Login to the official website and click on "Apply online for GUJCET 2018"
·         Candidates are advised to go through all the information carefully before starting the application process.
·         The application process is expected to start from the month of April 2018.
·         The application fee is Rs.300 which is to be paid via DD. The candidates need to submit the same at designated help centres to obtain their USER ID.

·         The candidates who have completed their 10+2 examination from outside the state need to submit the print out of the filled application form at the given address with other documents are asked by the commission: Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Admission Building, L.D. College of Engineering Campus, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - 380015
