Everything to know about the WBJEE 2018 Exam


The WBJEE board was set up in 1962, to direct the entrance test for under graduate level in engineering courses in West Bengal. The WBJEEexam is directed by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations board.

The WBJEE 2018 will be directed for affirmations of the students trying to get confirmations in the post graduate and under graduate level courses offered in Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture in Universities, Government Colleges, Self-Financing Engineering, and Technological Institutes in the State of West Bengal.
The WBJEE 2018 Eligibility Criteria states that, the candidate must belong to the Indian nationality. The minimum age for appearing in the exam is 17 years. There is no upper age restrict. For Marine Engineering course, the base age of the applicant must be 17 years, and the most extreme age ought to be 25 years, as on 31st December 2018.
The information brochure for the exam was discharged on 18th November 2017. The WBJEE 2018 Application form was out on 19th January 2018. The last date to apply for the WBJEE 2018 was 28th January 2018.

The applicants were allowed to correct their WBJEE 2018 application shape from 25th-28th January 2018. The candidate can visit the official site of WBJEE 2018. Under "Application Correction" he can redress the errors he made while filling the form. The last date for WBJEE 2018 Correction was 28th January 2018.

The entrance exam will be conducted offline. There are two parts in the exam, i.e. paper I and paper II. The paper I is based on mathematics, and paper II is based on physics and chemistry both. Appearing in both paper I and paper II is compulsory for the candidates.
The result of the WBJEE 2018 is expected to be released on 5th June 2018. The candidates can check their result from the official website of WBJEE board. The cutoff will be based on the course, and the number of students appearing for that course. The candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks scored in the exam.
